story
Different universe? Sound crazy? let me explain Gwen Stacy lives in a different universe (Earth-65) than Spider-Man. In her world she is the Spider-Man or Spider Woman, so to speak, and she too was bitten by a genetically mutated spider. In this universe, Peter Parker is in love with her. Peter is bullied and his suffering continued to increase. Eventually, he devised a formula to transform himself into a mutant lizard. Without knowing that Spider Woman is his lover, he fights against her. Gwen accidentally kills him and has since been blamed for Peter Parker's death. She is now seen by many as a threat and is hunted.
Gwen has long wondered how secure her secret identity is. Suddenly she sees a lizard that seems to have taken something similar to Peter's. Suddenly, the lizard attacks Gwen's dog and eats him. Spider-Woman immediately takes up the pursuit and follows the creature. The trail leads her into a sewer, where she encounters a group of lizard men. Captain America (Earth-65), Samantha Wilson, also shows up there, chasing Spider-Gwen and the lizards. During the fight, Gwen saves CA and the two part on good terms. Later, on an outing, Gwen meets Harry Osborn. He talks about his connection to SHIELD and his motive for killing Spider-Woman. Days later, he appears in a green suit, accompanied by robots, to kill Spider-Woman. The two start fighting. When Harry manages to overpower her, he drinks the lizard formula. Captain America comes to her aid and the two fight together against the mutated Harry Osborn. Ultimately, Spider-Woman convinces Harry that he is wrong. Harry then flees.
