Ever heard of conspiracy theories? In Department of Truth, whether it's Flat Earth or Bigfoot, that truth becomes reality! The organization Department of Truth has made it its mission to protect the world from these truths and to ensure that these theories remain just theories.

 

Issue #7 is all about the experiences of Doc Hynes. As early as 1964, Lee Harvey understood what the Department of Truth was. He meets a man who catalogs magazines with UFO phenomena. The boy, Hynes, recounts his terrifying encounters with the Men in Black. Hynes was about to uncover the truth, but the Department of Truth's Men in Black thwarted his plans. It started when he met Harvey in a cafe. The two chatted about the strange UFO sightings and the fact that they were covered up. They weren't sure who was responsible, but it was clear that something was wrong. After the meeting, Hynes went home and was called by a stranger. Suddenly what happened to every citizen after seeing a UFO happened to him: his head hurt incredibly bad and he was in unbearable pain. Somehow the noise from the call must be affecting him. Suddenly there was a man in black in his room. But not an ordinary one, it was an alien who revealed herself as Babylon, the woman in the red dress. Since that day, the boy wore a tinfoil helmet to protect himself from these rays.
