The goddess Scathach bestowed upon her fabulous swordsmanship so she could seek revenge. Thulsa Domm, serpent warrior and demigod, is an evil sorcerer who brings suffering and misery to the world.

Red Sonja is still desperately looking for Thulsa Doom. He had once enslaved her homeland and she wants revenge. During their last encounter, he killed her best friend and mentor, Ozzy's, which only fueled her lust for revenge. She travels in search of Thulsa, but there are no hot leads. And when she hears rumours, they always turn out to be false. In an old inn, she meets a stranger named Talos. He claims to know where Thulsa is. He is said to have settled in the Spicy Land and spread death among mortals there. Sonja is unsure whether the stranger's story is true, but she follows him. As they get closer to their destination, Sonja knows Talso wasn't lying. The breath of death swept through the woods. Humans and animals become murderous beasts here. But that's not all. She quickly realizes that Thulsa not only wanted to attack humans, but also the gods. And by the looks of it, he started with the Pikat ones. When Sonja goes swimming, Thulsa suddenly attacks her. But he underestimated her! The two fight an epic fight, in the end Talos helps her and Thulsa runs away. Arriving in the capital of Piakt, she must rally the Hyrcanian people. The city is about to be attacked by Thulsa Doom's army and we must all unite to withstand it!
